ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. You'll receive an email to let you know your order is on the way. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Delivery times will depend on the carrier and the destination.

SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping options and related estimated delivery time may change depending on the supplier of the product. During checkout, enter your address, choose the shipping option and proceed. 

Some suppliers are abroad. In such situation, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination. Beasty Lux is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

We use private carriers, which have higher rates than standard postal services. Our shipping fees therefore reflect a more premium delivery experience, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and reducing potential disputes.

On average, the delivery time is between 4 and 10 business days.
